Clare graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelors of Arts, with a concentration in communications. She resides in Glenside, with her husband, Leo John Mullen III, and two sons, Thomas, 4 years, and Michael, 1 year. Ms. Mullen has lived in Eastern Montgomery County for over 10 years with her husband. Mr. Mullen is a proud third generation Wyndmoor resident.

Clare Ellinwood-Mullen has extensive experience with communications, public relations, marketing and client services. She has a strong client, employee and community relations’ background, which highlights her capability to build goal-oriented relationships and work with a variety of people. In addition, she has experience with writing and designing internal and external publications, securing positive media coverage, designing and placing advertisements and in writing news releases and scripts.
